Just make sure that you are okay with that before saving. If you run out of available save slots on a specific game to save the point where you were you will have to overwrite your previous suspend point data. A blue save slot is just a normal suspend point. When an existing suspend point is locked it will have a little yellow padlock on it and will be a yellow save slot.
